Take the Generosity Archetype Quiz
Start here. Five minutes tells you which archetype you lead with — then send the link to everyone you're seating so the table starts with real self-knowledge instead of guesswork.
The Generosity Roundtable is a card-based educational gaming system for nonprofit teams, and a growing network of the people who play it. This site is the free and open home base for Hosts. Never run one before? Start with the three steps below. Guests are welcome here too, and there is plenty to go deep on once you have a few sessions behind you.

Half an hour of prep is genuinely enough. Do these in order and you are ready to seat a room.
The quick-start guide walks you from opening the box to running the first round. Watch the tutorial if you would rather be shown than told.
This is the one most Hosts ask for. Write a few lines about the group at your table and the Scenario Sheet Generator picks the cards and writes your opening framing. Download it as one page and bring it to the table.
Every Guest at your table plays one. Knowing what each archetype protects is most of what makes a session land. Click through the deck.
You identify with effectiveness and measurable progress.
You fear effort that feels meaningful but achieves little.
Printables, host tools, guides, the wiki, and live events — all free, no gate. Take the quiz to learn your own archetype, build your session sheet with the generator, then print the pages you'll put on the table.
The sheet a Guest fills out to build their archetype, with their Role in the community, their Connection, and the one No Compromise they will not cross. Print one per player.
Download the PDF →The Host's running record of a session: who sat down, what got played, where the table pushed back, and what you want to carry into the next round.
Download the PDF →An advanced play sheet. Use it to dig into what a player's generosity identity really wants: what they say, think, feel, and do at the table — and why. Best after a group has played a round or two.
Download the PDF →A first-timer's manual that walks a Host from opening the box to seating their first table.
